Future Design OÜ helped Estonian food producers enter the German market by providing professional, comprehensive trade fair stand solutions.

Our goal was to support local producers by helping them increase their visibility and create new opportunities for cooperation.

We began planning well in advance to ensure that all the necessary resources were in place – from booking rooms and organising logistics to the smooth implementation of the comprehensive solution.

We brought together the best representatives of the Estonian food industry and worked with them to create a unified and strong brand image that would be clearly understandable in foreign markets.

Brainstorming and planning were important steps in identifying the elements that must be present in the exhibition booth in order to effectively and attractively showcase the Estonian food industry.

We focused on understanding the needs and expectations of the participants. We asked for feedback and mapped out the participants’ expectations in order to create a meaningful and practical solution.

Based on this feedback, we developed a comprehensive visual concept incorporating colour selection, visual style, and material choices. We created a 3D model to visualise the exhibition stand,
which helped us to better plan the use of space and ensure a striking result at the fair.

When selecting materials, we focused on environmental friendliness and practicality. The exhibition stand was made of Re-board, a material that is lightweight, durable, environmentally friendly, easy to transport and recyclable.

Installation in Germany was quick and efficient. All elements were placed exactly as planned, and
great attention was paid to details during the finishing process, with lighting, decorations and other
visual nuances being added to maximise appeal.

This project confirmed to us the importance of thorough preparation, clear objectives, and strong
cooperation. These factors create functional and effective solutions that support companies in the
international market.
